Extraordinary reservation-only Mexican experience hosted by a direct descendant of José Cuervo — 4 private tables, signature tequila tastings, and family heirloom recipes by Chef Roberto Gallardo. Cuervo's House is one of Los Cabos' most intimate and unique dining experiences. Owner and host Jorge Cuervo is a direct descendant of Don José Antonio Cuervo, founder of the famous tequila dynasty, and a Master Tequilier trained by his father Don Malaquías Cuervo. The restaurant occupies a historic wrought-iron and red-brick building on Blvd. Mijares and seats just four private tables — reservations are essential and availability is limited. Chef Roberto Gallardo, a former sous chef at the legendary Charlie Trotter's in Chicago, executes traditional family recipes alongside gourmet Mexican compositions: tortilla soup, flank steak, Mexican platter with a little of everything, carnitas, and signature Mayan margaritas. The tequila tasting experience (guided by Jorge himself) is the centrepiece — educational, interactive, and deeply personal. Many guests call it the best meal of their Cabo trip.
